Pollstar ranked Oasis Live '25 the second highest-grossing worldwide tour of 2025 at $405,428,435, with 2,228,471 tickets sold, just behind Beyoncé at $407.6 million.

Pollstar ranked Oasis Live '25 the second highest-grossing worldwide tour of 2025. The tour grossed an estimated $405,428,435 from the 36 shows inside the chart year. It sold 2,228,471 tickets, the highest attendance total of any tour that year.

Beyoncé finished first, with $407.6 million from her Cowboy Carter tour. The gap was about $2.2 million, despite Oasis selling far more tickets. The difference came down to ticket price, not audience size.

The headline figures, side by side

  • Oasis Live '25: $405.4 million, 36 chart shows, 2,228,471 tickets, average price $181.93.
  • Beyoncé Cowboy Carter: $407.6 million, 32 shows, 1,596,165 tickets, average price $255.36.
  • Coldplay Music of the Spheres: about $390 million from 2025 dates, average price $133.80.
  • Kendrick Lamar and SZA Grand National: about $358.7 million, with 1.76 million tickets sold.
  • Shakira Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran: about $320.2 million, with 1.80 million tickets sold.

Oasis sold about 632,000 more tickets than Beyoncé, yet finished behind her on gross. Beyoncé charged about $73 more per ticket on average. That price gap more than closed the attendance gap.

Coldplay sold more tickets than Oasis in 2025, at about 2.9 million, but at a lower average price. Coldplay therefore finished third on gross, despite leading on volume. The ranking rewards revenue, not crowd size alone.

What the Pollstar figures do and do not cover

Pollstar counted 36 Oasis shows inside its chart year, not the full tour. The full Live '25 run was 41 concerts, and the five South American dates in November 2025 fell outside the chart period. The $405.4 million figure is therefore an estimate for the chart period, not a lifetime tour total.

Pollstar figures are estimates built from reported box office data. They are not audited accounts from the band, and they do not include merchandise, sponsorship or other income. Treat them as the industry standard measure, not as a final profit figure.

The band's announcement also put the UK economic impact of the 2025 run at about £1 billion. That figure is separate from ticket gross, and it comes from the band's own announcement. Do not add it to the $405.4 million, since the two figures measure different things.

Why the Live '25 onsale shaped Live '27

The Live '25 onsale in August 2024 drew more than 10 million fans from 158 countries for the UK and Ireland leg. Only 1.4 million tickets were available for that leg. Demand therefore overwhelmed supply by a wide margin.

Promoters later cancelled more than 50,000 Live '25 tickets that surfaced on unauthorised resale sites. They returned those tickets through Ticketmaster at face value. That history is covered in full in the cancelled tickets post.

Live '27 therefore dropped the open queue entirely. Fans had to register in advance, and successful registrants received a unique code for one of nine onsale windows. There was no general onsale and no public presale outside that process.

All 42 Live '27 shows sold out across three days, from 25 to 27 September 2026. The registration model was designed to reduce waiting times and to make the sale fairer. It also gave promoters an identified buyer for each ticket, which helps control resale.

What the ranking means for fans

The ranking confirms scale, but it does not change what a fan pays next. Live '27 UK standard prices are fixed between £71.50 and £266.60, including fees. That fixed range matters more to a buyer than a worldwide gross total.

The ranking also explains why resale rules are strict for Live '27. Tickets are mobile wallet entry with restricted transfer, and resale runs only through Ticketmaster and Twickets at the original price. Fans should use only those routes, as set out in the ticket guide.

The full Live '27 dates run from Glasgow on 21 May 2027 to Knebworth on 26 September 2027. Richard Ashcroft is special guest at all 42 shows, and no further dates will be added.

Why second still counts as a record year

Second place hides a record that gross alone does not show. Oasis sold more tickets than any other act in the Pollstar chart period. No other tour in 2025 reached 2,228,471 tickets inside the chart window.

Beyoncé also set a milestone of her own in the same ranking. TopHit reports she became the first American artist to headline two tours above $400 million. Her earlier Renaissance tour in 2023 was the first, and Cowboy Carter was the second.

The top five together show how concentrated big touring had become. Five tours grossed more than $320 million each in 2025, and the top two both passed $400 million. Oasis reached that tier after 16 years apart, with a lower average price than the tour above them.

FAQ

How much did Oasis Live '25 gross?

Pollstar estimated $405,428,435 from the 36 shows inside its 2025 chart year. The full tour was 41 concerts, so the figure does not cover the five November 2025 South American dates.

No. It is an estimated ticket gross, not profit, and it excludes merchandise and sponsorship. Costs, fees and taxes are not deducted in the Pollstar figure.

Why did Live '27 drop the open queue?

The Live '25 onsale overwhelmed supply, with more than 10 million fans chasing 1.4 million UK and Ireland tickets. Live '27 therefore used registration and unique codes, with no general onsale.
