Oasis close Live '27 with six nights at Knebworth Park on 11, 12, 18, 19, 25 and 26 September 2027, 31 years after their 1996 shows on the same field. This guide covers the weekends, the field, travel and what is still unannounced.

Oasis close Live '27 at Knebworth Park with six nights across three September weekends. The final show is on Sunday 26 September 2027.

This is a field finale, not a stadium night, and that changes the plan. The site is open parkland with no hard standing and no cover, so weather and walking matter.

Knebworth is also the tour's history stop, because Oasis played two nights here on 10 and 11 August 1996. The 2027 run is three times as many nights, 31 years later.

The dates, in order

  • Saturday 11 September 2027, first finale weekend
  • Sunday 12 September 2027
  • Saturday 18 September 2027, second finale weekend
  • Sunday 19 September 2027
  • Saturday 25 September 2027, final finale weekend
  • Sunday 26 September 2027, final night of the tour

Four nights were announced on 14 September 2026, and two more were added on 23 September 2026. The added nights are 25 and 26 September, which close the tour.

Every Knebworth night falls on a Saturday or Sunday, so weekend travel shapes every plan. The Knebworth finale page gives the same six dates in tour order.

What is confirmed, and what is not

Liam Gallagher and Noel Gallagher are the only members confirmed by name for Live '27. Richard Ashcroft is the special guest at every Knebworth show.

Site event listings give a gate time of around 2pm for the Knebworth shows. Full running times are confirmed closer to each show date, so no stage time should be planned yet.

No 2027 setlist has been published, and no closing-night song list should be treated as real. A finale setlist is a guess until the tour plays it.

The tour says no further dates will be added, so 26 September is the final night. Any seventh Knebworth date offered for sale is not a tour date.

The field and the 1996 history

Knebworth Park is the parkland of Knebworth House in Hertfordshire, about 28 miles north of London. The concert site is a large open field with a natural slope.

Knebworth has staged rock concerts since 1974, including Led Zeppelin, the Rolling Stones, Queen, Pink Floyd and Robbie Williams. Its defining event remains Oasis in August 1996.

In 1996, Oasis played to 250,000 people across two nights, and over two and a half million people applied for tickets by the band's account. That scale is why the 2027 return carries so much weight.

September ground conditions depend on the weather, because the field has no hard standing. Footwear, layers and a wet-weather plan matter more here than at a stadium.

Getting there and getting home

Knebworth has no station of its own for the concert site, so Stevenage is the railway town for it. Stevenage sits on the East Coast Main Line from London King's Cross.

The walk from Stevenage station to the park is around two miles on a stewarded pedestrian route. Allow time for that walk in both directions, especially after dark.

Return coach and ticket packages run from 124 pickup points across three zones in England and Wales. For the first time at a Knebworth concert, late-night trains run from Stevenage to King's Cross after the show.

Those late-night trains are priced at £10 one-way in the venue planning notes, for two hours after the show. Check the final timetable close to your date, because event-day services are set per show.

Arriving by car is not encouraged, and the organisers say so plainly. Coach and rail plans avoid the car-park problem that a field site creates.

Tickets and resale

All 42 shows sold out in the September 2026 code sale, and there was no general onsale. Registration closed on 17 September 2026, and a code did not guarantee a ticket.

Official face-value resale runs through Ticketmaster, or Twickets for UK tickets, at the original price paid. The authorised seller says those routes open no later than 31 December 2026.

Standard UK prices were fixed at £71.50 to £266.60 including fees, and Knebworth VIP packages run higher. Do not trust a higher figure presented as a standard face value.

Tickets listed anywhere else are liable to be cancelled, and social media offers should be treated as fake. The face-value resale guide explains the official route in full.

Entry, age rules and access

All under-16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over, and no under-14s are permitted at all. Those rules are stricter than at the stadium stops, so check them first.

Bag rules, banned items and search procedures are set by the venue and published shortly before each event. Check them close to the show, because an old rule can cost entry.

The site is a vast, fully grassed space, and terrain varies with the weather. The accessible viewing platform sits at the rear of the arena, roughly 200 metres from the stage.

Accessible tickets are booked through Ticketmaster, and companion tickets must be added at booking time. Do not assume a stadium access plan transfers to a field.

Choosing your weekend

The first weekend, 11 and 12 September, is the return to the field after 31 years. The final weekend, 25 and 26 September, is the tour finale itself.

The middle weekend, 18 and 19 September, suits fans who want the finale run without the first-weekend or last-night pressure. Every weekend uses the same field plan.

If you stay in London, Stevenage, Hitchin and Welwyn Garden City are the practical bases. Luton and Stansted are the closest airports, while Heathrow and Gatwick are better connected.

What a field day actually looks like

A field show is a whole day on site, not a two-hour stadium visit. Fans arrive early, walk in from Stevenage or a coach drop, and spend hours on grass before the music starts.

There is no roof over the arena, so rain changes the day in a way it cannot change a stadium night. A waterproof layer and footwear for grass are planning items, not extras.

Food, drink and facilities sit on a temporary site, so queues build around the main acts. Eating earlier in the day and keeping water with you avoids the worst queues.

After the final song, the crowd leaves together on the same stewarded routes. That shared exit is why the return plan matters more at Knebworth than at any other stop.

Slane first, then Knebworth

The tour returns to Ireland for two nights at Slane Castle on 4 and 5 September, before the Knebworth finale. That order gives the finale a clear build, from Ireland to Hertfordshire.

Fans doing both legs should plan Slane and Knebworth as separate trips, with separate travel and beds. A single plan for both will miss the different field and travel rules.

Knebworth House and its gardens sit beside the concert field, and Stevenage Old Town gives a quieter base. St Albans and Hatfield House suit fans with a free day nearby.

Planning checklist

  • Match your ticket name, date and weekend before you book travel
  • Plan the two-mile Stevenage walk and your late return in advance
  • Check the final late-train timetable close to your date
  • Pack for a grass field in September, including wet weather
  • Check the venue bag and entry rules shortly before the show
  • Keep your Ticketmaster account email matched to your registration email
