Ticket orders and refunds

Corrections
Contact the desk
The most useful thing you can send us is a correction. Tour information moves, and readers spot changes before a scheduled review does. The 28 October 2026 cycle found four dates added and one rescheduled, and the next scheduled review is 25 November 2026.
Send a correction
Include the page address, the detail you believe is wrong, and a link to a source that shows the correct version. Without a source we can check, we cannot act on it.

How a correction is handled
- 1Send the page address, the detail you believe is wrong, and a link to a source that shows the correct version.
- 2We check it against the source hierarchy: the band’s own site first, then the venue, then the authorised seller.
- 3If it holds, the page is changed and the change is added to that page’s public record with the date and the source.
- 4If it does not hold, we reply explaining which source we are relying on.
We do not promise a response deadline we are not staffed to meet. Corrections that hold up are applied whether or not we reply first.
Please note
Three things we cannot help with
Access code queries
Codes were issued by the tour through the registration platform, not by us. Only successful registrants received one, and we have no visibility of any of it.
Contacting the band or the promoters
We have no relationship with Oasis, Oasisinet, Live Nation, SJM Concerts, Ticketmaster or any venue, and no channel to pass a message on.
Oasis 2027 (oasis2027.org) is a fan-run reference site. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Oasis, Oasisinet, Liam Gallagher, Noel Gallagher, Ticketmaster, promoters, or any listed venue.
