Promoters announced a Knebworth access plan on 17 September 2026 with capped £10 late trains, coaches from more than 120 places, a Saturday campsite village at £60 per person, and the largest accessible viewing platform Knebworth has staged.

Promoters announced a new access plan for Oasis at Knebworth on 17 September 2026. The plan covers late trains, nationwide coaches, Saturday camping, reserved grandstands, and accessible viewing. It was built for the band's return to Knebworth Park, the site of their two 1996 concerts.

Oasis now play six Knebworth nights in September 2027. The run falls on 11, 12, 18, 19, 25 and 26 September. The access plan was announced for the original four nights, then the run grew by two nights on 23 September.

Why Knebworth needed a different plan

Knebworth Park sits in Hertfordshire, outside London, and getting home after a show has long been the hard part. Promoter Rob Ballantine said Oasis challenged the team to make Knebworth the best fan experience possible. He said the team aimed for a new approach to live music at the site.

The headline message was simple: do not drive if you can avoid it. Promoters instead built train, coach and camping options around the shows. They also added seating and accessible viewing that Knebworth had not offered in this form before.

Late trains to London, capped at £10

Great British Rail will run direct trains from Stevenage to London Kings Cross after every Knebworth show. The service runs from about 11:30pm to 1:30am, roughly every 30 minutes. Tickets are capped at £10 for concertgoers, and the ticket is one way.

A stewarded, lit pedestrian route will guide fans from the concert site to Stevenage Station. Fans must arrange their own journey to Knebworth, since the capped ticket covers the return leg only. Radio X reports the train ticket as a Knebworth first.

Coaches from more than 120 places

Return coach travel will run from more than 120 locations across the UK. Fans choose a pick-up point and seat through Ticketmaster, across three coach ticket zones. Coaches drop fans a five minute walk from the arena.

After each concert, fans have one hour to board their return coach. Food outlets, bars and toilets stay open for coach travellers during that hour. Promoters expect the coach movement to be the largest for a single cultural event in the UK.

Saturday camping for £60 per person

A purpose-built Campsite Village will offer an alternative to concert-day travel for Saturday shows. Fans arrive on Friday, enjoy the village atmosphere, and leave on Sunday morning after the Saturday concert. The village has its own car park, a pitch, and direct access to the arena.

Late-night entertainment runs in the village on Friday and Saturday nights. The Campsite Village costs £60 per person, and it is available only to fans who hold a Saturday ticket. One source lists Saturday dates that do not match the calendar, so this post states the rule as Saturday shows only.

Grandstands, hospitality and accessible viewing

Three grandstands at the rear of the arena will offer a reserved seat and a front view of the stage. The seats are open to the elements and are reached by stairs. Toilets sit immediately behind the grandstand, and a pedestrian bridge leads to hospitality in the Knebworth House Gardens.

In front of the grandstand will sit the largest accessible viewing platform ever built at Knebworth. Ramps give access, and the platform faces the stage directly. Promoters say they are working to make the journey in and out of the greenfield site as easy as possible.

Further access options were still to be announced when the plan was published. Fans who need step-free access should therefore check the latest access information before they travel. Do not assume that a grandstand seat suits every access need, since the grandstand is reached by stairs.

What Knebworth tickets cost

Knebworth tickets are all standing, according to Far Out. General admission costs £170.50, and front standing costs £203.50. Those Knebworth prices sit outside the UK standard range of £71.50 to £266.60 that applies across the wider tour.

The access plan does not change the ticket sale itself. All 42 Live '27 shows have sold out, and no further dates will be added. Fans without a ticket must use the official face-value resale routes when they open, rather than an unauthorised seller.

What this plan does not yet answer

The plan does not publish a full coach timetable, a campsite capacity, or a booking link in the reports checked here. It also does not state whether the campsite will cover the added 25 September Saturday show. Fans should treat those points as unconfirmed until the promoter publishes them.

The plan also does not change entry rules for the shows themselves. Tickets remain mobile wallet entry with restricted transfer, as stated across the tour. Check the Knebworth guide and the full tour dates before you plan a trip.
