The schedule said much the same thing
Glastonbury runs in late June. Oasis play eleven nights at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester across June 2027, finishing on the 26th, before crossing to Munich on 2 July. A Worthy Farm headline slot would have had to fit inside the densest stretch of the tour.
That was always circumstantial, though, and this site did not publish it as a conclusion. A schedule making something awkward is not the same as a source saying it is not happening. Now there is a source.
What this does not rule out
“Not this time” is about Glastonbury 2027. It says nothing about any other festival, any other year, or any date outside the announced 42. Where a question has not been answered by anyone, this site says so rather than reading an answer into a quote that does not contain one.
